Please note that our emails are not monitored 24/7. While we aim to respond as promptly as possible, please allow 48–72 hours for a reply. Appointments cannot be made, changed, or cancelled via email—please contact the practice directly for any scheduling needs or urgent matters.

Prescription and Referral Repeats


Repeat prescriptions and referral letters require a booked appointment, either in person or via telehealth.
(Please be aware: if you have NOT had a face-to-face appointment at the practice within the last 12 months, you will be UNABLE to book a telehealth appointment.)

Medical Certificates​​​

​If you require a medical certificate, please note that you must be seen by a healthcare provider on the day of your illness or appointment. Medical certificates are legal documents and cannot be issued retrospectively or back-dated.​

Follow-Up Appointments

​

If you need a follow-up visit, please book a standard consultation or telehealth appointment with your doctor. A standard consultation fee applies unless your doctor advises otherwise.

If you’re registered with MyMedicare at another practice, we’re unable to complete a Care Plan or Mental Health Care Plan here until you’ve de-registered from your previous clinic.

Dial-A-Doctor

​Dial-A-Doctor is an after-hours, bulk-billed home visiting doctor service available when your regular GP is unavailable. They provide medical care for non-life-threatening conditions in the comfort of your home, typically operating on evenings, weekends, and public holidays. For urgent medical concerns outside of our clinic hours, Dial-A-Doctor can be contacted directly to assist.
